I was thinking of making some templates and re-doing the transcript pages, using the guys' images, rather than their initials.  Maybe I'm just more of a visual person.  Here's how the pages look today:

I don't like it. The pictures aren't clear at that size and if the dialogue runs into a second line, there's a space that doesn't look good. Plus, print outs of the transcripts would look terrible, if not illegible. Sorry to be such a downer.
