hey guys, i've downloaded every 2006 podcast from dean_aus's link. I'll organize them and upload them to my site over the next few days. It might take a while though, it's about 1gb worth of podcasts

This archive is coming along pretty well :) Im not sure if anybody would be keen to do this, but as a suggestion, the days where there was no best of podcast released we could combine the minicasts that were released from this link:

Hi everyone! I just came across this forum post, and thank goodness I did! I've been searching everywhere for something like this - it's basically a dream come true!
I was wondering though, is anyone planning on putting together one huge download with every full podcast since 2006? Or one per year or something? Just so I don't start trying to get each one from the various websites, just to find that this is already being worked on.

I'll put together a text file with all the podcasts & full shows over the next couple of days, you can use a program like JDownloader to download everything in the list.

Hey, I found this whilst searching for the Hamish and Andy podcasts, and thought I might let you in on something you might not know;

Go to Google reader, subscribe to the hamish and andy podcast with the podcast URL, then just scroll down into infinity. Google must keep a cache of ALL of a feed's posts, because if you scroll down it gives you direct links to podcasts dating back to when it first started. I've just downloaded all of 2010's podcasts.

I just found this post will trying to get my hands on all the Hamish and Andy podcasts too! :) Even us American's love them!

Any chance we could set up a torrent of the final product so we could all share and support this with out taking up any one person's bandwith? Just trying to brainstorm how to avoid dl'ing the podcasts one by one. I'm happy to help in any way that I can!
