All the xfm shows again...don't have room to download the ones from here so I use Telepop's UTube channel to listen to em. its great if any of you have the same problem as me. This old PC is on its last legs so I'm not taking nay chances. I'm sure you've all seen his page but its telepop123 if you search for it. theres a link to his website from there too that plays the shows alll in one go so its worth it for a hassle free listen before you have that first cup of coffee in the morning. i found his website before this through other links on the web. i'm impressed by the effort people have gone through puttin the shows upfor the lazier amongst us!!

off to laugh some more since i've taken a duvet day off from work!!.....laters x
