Colin and Johnny were with Adam Buxton sitting in for Jarvis Cocker yesterday on 6music.
Colin's on for 3 weeks, here's the first one on iPlayer - http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b036kzjm

And the premise if any of you want convincing.

Colin Greenwood of Radiohead curates the first of three shows whilst he sits in for Jarvis Cocker on the Sunday Service.

Colin invites his brother Jonny Greenwood along for the first show as they re-enact their post-gig tourbus throwdown. As they travel between concerts, each one takes it in turn to play an influential and much loved tune in the hope that it's universally appreciated.

Adam Buxton is along for the ride in necessary role of compere and tour manager.

And Johnny's first chosen track was Kool Thing- Sonic Youth, so that is great.

Right so Thom Yorke just put out a new album on bittorrent called Tomorrow's Modern Boxers, after pissing myself with excitement I managed to put the first track on.

I recommend you all do the same.

Was listening to them tonight and I don't think I like The Bends at all anymore, as a whole I mean. I still love like 2 or 3 songs, but most I just skipped. Bleep bloops plz

You're not wrong that you don't like it, as taste is subjective.

But yes, in a more objective way, you're very, very wrong and also a bit silly.

More good songs, less bleeps and bloops please.

I like different things at different times, sometimes I'm all about the bleep boops and then I can't get into them for a few months and I'm back into The Bends.
