5. Bone Thugs N Harmony ft Biggie Smalls - Notorious Thugs
This is Biggie's best ever verse and it wasn't even on his own album. The song is amazing, but it has an interminable start which goes on for like a full 90 seconds on the album version where they just repeat "It's Bone and Biggie, Biggie" - I mean come onnnn. The beat is brilliant though and when Biggie starts it off you'll love it. The vast majority of Bone Thugs and Harmony's music is utter shite. This is one of about 5 exceptions. They seem to have the ability to raise their level everytime they feature another artist rather than just churn out a load of crap like they do when its just the core group.

1. Sing For The Moment - Eminem
2. Stillmatic - Nas
3. Jay Z - Renegade
4. American Terrorist - Lupe Fiasco
5. To Live & Die In L.A - 2Pac

First heard of Pharcyde cause of this tune which I still find incredibly good:

I've got Bizarre Ride 2 the Pharcyde and Labcabincalifornia, but never really listened to them.

Now that is good hip hop. Makes me want to listen to some more Pharcyde, so well done. Don't know if you know Atmosphere but they are definately worth checking out. One of my favourite acts. The GodLovesUgly album is unbelievable. I'd probably classify it as emo rap which isn't a very positive term, but then when you or hmmm, fuck it. Good story tellers as well.

Flee to me, remote elf.
