1988, Washington DC. An election year and Frank Zappa at his most political. This guitar solo came at the end of a song called "Pound For A Brown". He released it as "Fire & Chains" (before it, there's a mock-jazz meltdown with various politicians droning about the dangers of rock music on the minds of innocent children) and to me it's one of the greatest statements of fuck you ever composed instrumentally...except all of it is completely improvised.
