I don't know why I'm starting this thread because I know it will just annoy me. But anyway, who would get your vote for the worst artist of all time.

My vote goes to Akon. What a talentless waste of space that man is.

im not going to like this thread if its second vote is MCR.

i second Akon though, he really does my head in. he starts every song with the word 'convict' and a prison door closing noise.

he went to prison once on a fucking driving related crime, like that makes him a fucking convict. he was also released not long after because they didnt have enough evidence on him

White Lies. I fucking hate them and their mainstream chasing, and the way they agonisingly crowbar in 'morbid' imagery into their lyrics in an attempt to sound dark and interesting. They used to do happy pop songs apparently and then completely changed in order to become interesting, so now they just copy Joy Division and Interpol and all these 'dark' sounding bands and I despise them.

Moreover I hate the singer and his smug cunting face. I want to punch him so much.

yeah well you could understand lots of different things by "worst". They could anything from pretentious, or too broad or just shit (thats why I said ICP)
