Oh no, I really disliked that and BP3 for some reason.

I wanna know if my review skills translate to music.

Fugazi - Red Medicine

I like Fugazi coz they're a band and this album everyone says it's their best and it's experimental but it's actually a bit boring in places but it does have some songs on it and there's strong tracks on and they let the bassist sing a few times but I dunno why so there's 3 singers on this album and there's also two or three instrumentals and instrumentals can be annoying sometimes also there's a song called Birthday Pony which is great to play to your pony if it is it's birthday but this isn't the best Fugazi album despite it being catered well towards the ponies and there's a lot of noise rock stuff on this and noise rock can be a bit grating when it's just noise and Fugazi are pretty pretentious but I like pretentious American shite and the album features a photo of the band swimming upside down and I think this was the time when Ian MacKaye started playing some guitar for Sonic Youth and I think he's come back with Sonic Youth albums and the rest of the band have listened to Sister and Daydream Nation or some shit and have tried to make a Fugazi version but there's some songs I like on there and there's some drums but I'm not entirely sure if this is Fugazi's best because the one with the Washington Monument on the cover is the best one and the album covers got half an amp on with FUGAZI spray painted in red on which is a bit stupid because if they wanted to sell the amp on only bands called FUGAZI could use it and I usually think Fugazi are consistently a grower band because they're like a penis they're a bit shit at first but then they grow and they're more impressive and everyone loves a right big cock.

7/10
Lacking in ability to find comic surrealism or absurdity in the mundane, with weak and forced observations. Covers taboo topics however like using the word Spastic, a child licking her vagina and using the swear word 'Cunt'. Ricky Gervais would be a fan.

Mad Season - Live at the Moore (1995)
Don't like bootlegs me much. But this collection, containing all Mad Season's 11 recoreded tracks together is a must have for the fans. The perfect balance between monsters like Lifeless Dead and I Don't Know Anything to sombre yet emotionally thrilling River of Deceit and Long Gone Day and Mad Seasons greatest achievements, the epic Wake Up, a tune so glouriously sweet sounding, it has to be heard to be believed and my personal favourite of the bands, All Alone. Beautiful stuff.

Black Sabbath - Vol. 4 (1972)
The best Sabbath album I've heard thus far. From cracking hard rocking tunes like Tomorrow's Dream and Wheels of Confusion/The Straightner to more easy sounding Changes (never mind the ruined remake) and Laguna Sunrise, that show a far more easy going side to a band so often dismissed as a one trick pony.

Sigur Rós - Ágætis byrjun

I got this last week and have not been able to stop listening to it. Every song is absolutely beautiful, but I particularly love Starálfur, Viðrar vel til loftárása, and Ágætis byrjun. I most definitely will be needing more Sigur Rós, but this was certainly a good beginning of my foray into their back catalog. see what I did there?

The Animals Collection - Floyd Merriweather Position

Alright. Bit quiet, I think they need louder mics.

This should probably go in the I Love thread, but what I love is when you make an implicit joke and someone too stupid to get it does the same joke but makes it explicit. That's always good.
