It's a working relationship, although they're obviously mates. I remember an interview in the paper with Ricky where he said they didn't really socialise together.

To be honest I didn't really get that from Steve in the O&A interview. Just thought he was sort of playing that card.

Even in the past it didn't seem like they were THAT close outside work. On an old XFM show they were going on about how Ricky had a birthday and invited Jonathan Ross and Karl but not Steve ... yet that was during their "peak" around the time of The Office etc.

I loved that almost immediately Steve is turning to talk to Kate Beckinsale. He wouldn't want her to feel left out of the conversation. He's such a considerate guy.

Steve is blowing up everywhere now..he's been on so many talk shows the past month.
