I'm too lazy to look, but I'm pretty sure a recent blog post mentioned him discussing ideas for new audiobooks with Karl. Plus of course S4 of the animated series will be pretty much all new... was considering stripping the audio from those when it airs to listen to them as podcasts instead.
If you didn't spend so much time squeezing his head, and eating pies, we might get something done!

Yeah, me too actually... I hate those effing Flintstones cartoons. The whole thing is such a blatant cash grab as well, I always feel slightly dirty if I ever catch any of them.

I seem to remember him talking about releasing the audio from the 4th animated series as standalone podcasts as well. Dunno if I'm imagining that, but it's something to hope for.

Wait the 4th season of the HBO show will be of all NEW materials? Well that's news to me!

I will definitely only listen to the audio of course. Listening makes it so much more enjoyable for me.

But that is with the view of having already heard tho podcasts before they were made into the cartoons. May be a different experience hearing the material and seeing the cartoons both for the first time.

I love the image of people sitting down facing away from the TV just listening to the audio.

WELL I'M NOT LOOKING AT THE SCREEN

I hope they release it without the sound effects that come with the videos. I don't actually mind the videos, but I always prefer to hear the audio versions first.
If I was listening to me on the radio, I wouldn't be able to say, "oh, he's a...", ya know? And slag me off an' that, 'cause I don't know what I look like, and I quite like that.

S3 contains some unheard but not newly recorded material.
S4 will be all new, with the podcast versions being released to iTunes after it airs :)
