Rules have been updated, nothing major but I'd appreciate it if people could glance over it to brush up on what's new. There's an amendment to Number 5 and a newly-added Number 8.

hello .im new to pilkipedia and fairly rubbish with computers too. the rulebook looks fairly strict so i would just like to say that i love everybody in all walks of life and am in no way predudice or racialist ( i even love little wheelchair fellas)
