I was even shocked when I read this.

Glad though that Steve's contribution is recognized.

It got 2 out of 5 in the News Of The World yesterday.

Not looking promising.

Yeah, but thats the News Of The World.

Are we not forgetting: "It's better than King Ralph"
"Do you want a sandwich? Here's a sandwich". And then next year "Can I have a sandwich?" "What happened to your brother?" "He died."

I won't make up my mind til I've seen it, but Empire rarely get things completely wrong. Not holding out much hope for this being any good.

This might end up the best career move for Steve.

Has there been any really good reviews of the film in a credible publication so far? All the one's I've seen so far either say its average or bad. Or in this case, tragic.
Just do the clue!

I thought Ghost Town was mediocre and an extreme disappointment, and if he loved the script for that so much then I'm worried that this will be another bland and predictable romantic comedy. It has a pretty cool premise, but I can already imagine a ton of the sorts of jokes that are gonna be used, and the trailer confirms this (ooh, self-deprecating fat jokes from Ricky?!).

I'm not trying to be a dick here, and I want the movie to be good, but if it's not then it'll be a shame, because Ricky could have been the sort of actor you can trust to be in quality shit all the time. Night of the Museum I can understand, because it's just cameos, and he's supposedly returning a favour for Ben Stiller in Extras. A better favour would be to tell him how much his movies fucking suck, but whatever.

Bring on Cemetery Junction though. I'll watch/listen to anything that both Ricky and Steve are involved in.

Yeah, thanks for this. Tainted a bit by the comment at the bottom though, if true.
