I noticed the same thing! The Lotto rip-off looks even more like the Ricky, Steve and Karl than the Bears 3 bears..also notice that 'Steve' is taller and 'Karl' looks pained in the Lotto ad.

I love the fact they've used the typical student ploy of changing a couple of things in order to make it seem like it isn't plagiarism. It didn't work for me in GCSE Biology so it better not work now!

Plagiarism by big companies rarely seems to get punished when they steal from the "little people". It really sucks.

This is Sooooo true, I hadn't made that connection before, I just saw a tall head (as Steve's is) and also a glum Karl in the Irish Lotto.
But Adabro6 had hit the nail on the head, tall head = tall Steve, and the opposite of square is round !!!

Wow, that's low. Obviously 100% they ripped it off. I don't think anyone that doesn't work for them could seriously deny that. Usually I wouldn't want to sue someone, but getting away with that is literally criminal so some justice should be done.

I'm sure this shit happens all the time, smaller artists getting ripped off by corporations who'll make millions off their talent.
