Well the little bit of back story I'm aware of is that somebody recently Tweeted it to Ricky, saying that they'd applied for a job working on Karl's radio show back in 1994 and received this letter in response.

I don't think I've heard Stephen talk about this. Just watched the video, what's the deal with it? That he doesn't praise his dance partner? I don't know who anyone of those people are (except for Smerch in the background! ^_^)
