Out Of England
The Out Of England tour is a standup show by Ricky Gervais that ran for 7 shows in Los Angeles and New York in July 2008. Gervais started with two warmup gigs for charity in Brentwood, California on 9 and 10 July 2008. He then performed two gigs in The Kodak Theater in Hollywood, the same venue that annually hosts the Academy Awards, on 11 and 12 July 2008. He finished his tour in Madison Square Garden in New York where he performed on 14, 15, and 16 July 2008. The show was filmed for an HBO special that airs 15 November 2008.
