2. Selling A Futon (0:04:06)

Karl complains of the stresses of moving house, leading to him offering a table and futon to the listeners for £100. After Steve and Ricky comment that meeting Karl alone is worth £100, Karl becomes paranoid about meeting any purchasers at his house.

4. Sold! (0:09:32)

5. Celebrity Fit Club (0:15:19)

Karl instigates the seemingly weekly discussion about Celebrity Fit Club. This week they discuss the "BodPod" which measures body fat which measured one contestant at 60% body fat. Karl suggests that "The problem is he does like his food. But if he didn't do the exercise he wouldn't be as hungry and he might not get fat."

Ricky and Steve choose Don't Worry About Him He Candle It first, Karl then tells them the history of the saying "burning the candle at both ends", which started "years ago" when workers burnt a candle at both ends of the day.

7. Letter From Richard Anderson 1 (0:24:00)

Steve reads out the first email sent by Richard Anderson which said "Ricky, your show is appauling. Are you actually aware you are on the radio or has somone just secretly stuck a microphone on you?"

A listner, Geoff Dunn, suggests Ricky and Steve do a live broadcast from Karl's flat. Karl rejects as they will "make a mess", "make loads of noise" annoying the woman downstairs and the "parking is really bad downstairs" culminating in Karl "not getting his deposit back"

10. Rockbusters (0:33:36)

The clues are: B: I don't like them birds, they shouldn't be allowed in this area.
PD: He doesn't like women yet he's got a couple of kids, thats a bit wierd

Ricky choses I'm Kermitted To This Treatment, Karl explains the origons of the saying "Frog In Your Throat", where doctors, "ages ago", put toads in peoples mouths to prevent patients from clothing their mouths during treatment. When Ricky points out that toads aren't frogs as the headline suggests, Karl says it fitted the clue better than the headline Have You Head The New Toad Day.
