Kayak Productions is led by producer, writer, actor Alec Christie and is comprised of a collective of industry professionals who mostly met on rainy film sets in England.
Many of the Kayak Productions cast and crew, including Stephen Merchant were part of Tribe of Trout, a group of friends that met at Warwick University in the 90s.
In 2005 Kayak Productions, the produced the comedy series pilot No Skillz.
In 2007 Kayak Productions filmed Christie, a ten part comedy series featuring many of the No Skillz cast including posh Rufus Wright from The Steve Show.
