Dawn Tinsley's girlfriend. He works down in the warehouse where all of Wernham's paper is stored. He has a working class background, and his treatment of Dawn can at times be very harsh, once claiming she'd pop her 'milkers' out for £10 in front of the Swindon office workers, during a tour.

He has a baby with Dawn, and takes them to live out in America for a while, until offered to money to go back to England for a reunion of the Office in the Christmas Specials by the bbc.
