The drumstick story was mentioned in a Karl w/ Russell Brand episode, though I can't remember which one in particular. This article is in the process of being completely rewritten.

As every bit of this information has come from either the radio, TV, podcast or an interviews, it shouldn't be difficult to cite references for all of the article.
article looks very good. much better. i'm going to say it's good enough to officially move on for article attack. but of course it can continue to be tweaked by whomever as desired/needed. great work! [[User:Steve is King|Steve is King]] 15:56, 25 August 2007 (EDT)
:*However, it is difficult to cite references. Obviously, I don't know wiki "coding" that well, but on wikipedia citing references appears extremely easy. All you have to do is use<nowiki><ref></ref> tags and have a <references/> tag</nowiki> at the end. I can't get this to work here. Now I may just be a div and not able to figure this out, but it'd be nice to be able to it. So if someone could provide a link on how to do it or set up the framework for this simplistic "ref" approach, it would be nice (spent about 15 minutes trying to meself in vein).--[[User:Knockinabout|Knockinabout]] 19:27, 23 July 2007 (EDT)

Also, there is now a seperate page for Quote & Views, beliefs and philosophies: It's '''[[Karl_Pilkington_Quotes_By_Topic|Here]]'''

Putting here for storage: On [[19 January 2002]] Karl mentioned that he used to host a phone in radio show but got sacked.

==Asian vs Chinese==
*Addition to the storage: Karl is scared of horses. (from [[09 February 2002]])
I changed an edit from 'Asian people' back to 'Chinese'. I think 'Asian' is too vague. It's a diverse continent and Karl clearly isn't talking about, for example, Indian people. Plus I don't think it's offensive to say Chinese people.

There are no references at all to the shape of Karl's head on this page. Since what is encyclopedic on this website can probably include the frivolous (Wikipedia certainly doesn't use the word "squoze" anywhere), I'm going to mention it. This doesn't really tell me how he went from leaving school with no qualifications to being a radio producer? [[User:Ajuk|Ajuk]] 00:42, 24 June 2008 (BST)

This page should be better that the Karl Pilkington page on wikipedia. More detail and just and encyclopedic. We are the mental fans after all! I plan on starting a few seed headings which hopefully some peepz can expand on.--Knockinabout 13:23, 23 July 2007 (EDT)

this article reads so weird. doesn't it? maybe bc it's been edited a zillion times, but i think it's more bc the original article was kind of poor. it's kind its trying to be encyclopedic but it's too badly written to be, so it fails at being encyclopedic and it fails at being just kind of fun. i'm not sure how to make it better, not really what i'm saying ...

also under "jobs" what is the chicken drumstick story? i don't remember it. where's it from? Steve is King 20:28, 20 August 2007 (EDT)

Yeah, I agree that it was written strangely in the first place and its hard to make it more encyclopedic. At least it provided some framework examples though. Putting here for storage: On 19 January 2002 Karl mentioned that he used to host a phone in radio show but got sacked.

There are no references at all to the shape of Karl's head on this page. Since what is encyclopedic on this website can probably include the frivolous (Wikipedia certainly doesn't use the word "squoze" anywhere), I'm going to mention it. Headlikeafuckingorange 16:00, 15 March 2009 (GMT)
