Extras Christmas Special Emmy Nominations

The 2008 Emmy nominations have been revealed, and the Extras Christmas Special has been nominated in six categories: Best Actor for Ricky, Best Supporting Actress for Ashley Jensen, Best Editing, Writing and Directing in a Mini-Series or Movie as well as Best Made For Television Movie. Ricky finds himself competing for best actor against four former Oscar nominees, including double Academy Award winner Kevin Spacey. Ricky, however, is the only one of the five to have won a bronze at The Sony Awards. The nominations can be found on the Emmy website and can be discussed on the forum here.
