The second installment of the Ricky Gervais Show ran from 24th of August 2002 to 16th of August 2003. More features were added of the monkey origin, such as [[Monkey News]] and [[Cheap as Chimps]]. Also, the highly popular and widely talked about [[Rockbusters]] also took root during this series. Karl turned the table on Ricky and begun [[Educating Ricky]], which was more telling Ricky illogical and made-up stories from [[Ananova]]. Karl also begun interviewing scientists about keeping animals that he feels should no longer exist on the feature [[Do We Need 'em]]. Equally disturbing and deranged as Do We Need 'em became the brainchild and potentionally offensive feature [[Cheeky Freak Of The Week]], and other features such as [[Karl in a Film]] and [[Songs of Phrase]] were added.

The Ricky Gervais Show on XFM

The Ricky Gervais Show is a humorous show starring Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant, and Karl Pilkington. The show started in November 2001 on XFM, and aired in weekly periods for months at a time throughout 2002, 2003, 2004, and the summer of 2005.
