Flanimals of the Deep is the third book in the Flanimals series published on 5th October 2006 The book comes with its very own sheet of stickers, it went on to win the 'Best Stocking Filler' book of the year in 2006, as voted on Richard and Judy's Christmas Book Reviews. Karl Pilkington stumbled upon the early drafts of the book while cleaning Gervais' office while he was away. Karl was not impressed. He called them "bollocks with eye" although he did feel some sympathy for the Mulon.

Klug Snipe- A hideous aquatic flanimal.
Lazabranks- A family of primitive shark-like unskulled flanimals.
Molf- An agressive shark-like aquatic flanimal.
Mulon- A dolphin-like extremely intelligent flanimal.
Plumph- A flanimal that can pull its eyes into its body for protection.
Roxstrambler- A crab-like predatory flanimal.
Scrownocks- Aquatic flanimals that produce a spine-tingling scream.
Skrolls- Terrifying demonic-like aquatic flanimals that inhabit the brine
Sleeb- A slow moving bovine-like flanimal farmed by the groy.
Snish- Simple fish-like flanimals.
Splug- A jellyfish-like flanimal that hates itself.
Sproy- A many 'noizeld' flanimal.
Spryflajer- An aquatic flanimal with tennis racket shaped fins.
Ungler Water Mungler- An aquatic version of the mung ungler.
